Spring has sprung at Ross Park and with it we begin a new season. Our gardens have benefitted from the early mild spring weather, with snowdrops over and daffodils in full bloom, and much more on the way to look forward to as soon as the dry weather returns (please see our latest ‘Gardens and Grounds’ post for more information).
We feel that the best award we can be given is that our guests wish to return to Ross Park but we are nonetheless delighted to receive more formal recognition and during 2013 we were once again voted by the readers in the Practical Caravan Magazine Top 100 parks awards as Regional Winner for Devon, as well as the Best Pet Friendly Park for the fifth year in a row; Ross Park was a top 5 nominee in the 2013 CaravanTalk awards, one of the UK’s largest online caravanning communities and was awarded the Best Dog Friendly Caravan Park award by the Kennel Club, as voted by their members. We are over the moon with these awards and are delighted that you enjoyed your holidays here enough to vote for us. We are also immensely proud to report that not only did we retain our 5 stars in the VisitEngland award scheme but Ross Park was also one of only eight 5 star parks in the whole country to receive the new VisitEngland Gold award, given to parks that “go the extra mile” and continually offer exceptional quality in all areas. Finally, we are pleased to say that we once again received a Gold David Bellamy Conservation award for 2013/14.
We plan to continue building on this success in 2014 and hope you will reap the rewards of this during your stay with us.
The whole team looks forward to your arrival this season and making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
