Message for our Storage & Seasonal Customers - Blog


For all our Storage & Seasonal customers, we are currently uploading your data to our computerised booking system.

Our system will send automatic email confirmations to you, where we have an email address.

If you receive a request for payment, please do not action yet. We are not currently able to take any payments and we will contact you in due course.

Where we have email addresses for storage and seasonal customers, we will email the new agreements and payment terms to you today. If you do not receive one, please send us an email with your address details, so that we may add you to the system and send you the documentation.

We would appreciate return of the paperwork by email if possible, but by post if not. If you need a copy printed and posted, please also reply to the email to let us know.

To reiterate we are not collecting any payments currently, but our paperwork is set to our normal payment terms.

As we are all working from home offices we are not currently able to answer the park phone, so please continue to contact us by email.

We greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to input customer data to our new system.
